Fall Elopement at Dead Horse Point State Park, Moab | Josh + Aly

Updated: Aug 12

Josh and Aly came all the way from Florida to celebrate their love in the vast landscape of Moab. When it came to choosing the perfect location, they knew Dead Horse Point was the right choice for them! With the beautiful cliffside ceremony location and the diverse landscape to explore - it was exactly what they had dreamed about when they pictured their wedding day.

Special shoutout to Jess at Farm Yard Moab for Aly's beautiful fall-inspired / locally sourced bridal bouquet.

How to Get Married at Dead Horse Point State Park

Saying "I DO" at Dead Horse Point State Park can be a breathtaking and intimate experience. Located in Moab Utah, this stunning park offers a dramatic backdrop for couples looking to exchange vows in a unique and memorable setting. With its panoramic views of the Colorado River winding through the canyon below, Dead Horse Point State Park provides a epic landscape and romantic setting for a small, private ceremony. To get married at Dead Horse Point State Park, couples should first obtain a special use permit with the park. If you need help with this I'm here to assist! Photographers also need to have a seperate permit to photograph events at Dead Horse Point. I have a yearly permit (and renew every year).

After the ceremony, couples can explore the park together, taking in the natural beauty and serenity of the surroundings. This is a great time to take more photos and exlore the park with each other!
